Bold grilling sauce and tenderizing marinade made with pure Amber Birch Syrup, spices and a touch of heat. This versatile sauce compliments virtually any meat, is a great pizza sauce and gives a flavor spike to stir fries and caesar cocktails.  A great local, Canadian gift.

Pairs especially well with chicken wings, ribs, pork chops, pulled pork, grilled steak, turkey meatloaf or burgers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, zucchini, and an array of cheeses.
