Love the body wrap. I use it mostly for stomach with a heating pad. I have yet used the microwave as I am normally in bed when my discomfort starts. I have bought some as gifts for my mother and daughter. A little pricy but I still recommend it.

I always have a few spreaders on hand to give as gifts. Goes with a little jar of jam, relish, chutney, soft cheese, etc. It makes a nice last minute gift.
