Each box contains a sealed tray of eight Original shortbread fingers made with a recipe that has been passed down through many generations from the founder of Shortbread House. Using best quality butter and a little ground rice gives a delicious flavour and a light crisp texture. INGREDIENTS: Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Ground Rice, Vegetable Oils (Palm & Rapeseed oils).
