Zoë's Koroneiki olives are pressed together with fresh Lime from their estate which releases the distinct aromas and oils from the Lime. The flavours are fresh and grassy with the aroma of the Lime. The palate is fresh, clean and creamy that is nicely balanced by the lovely peppery finish from our extra virgin olive oil. This oil is ideal for salads, drizzled over bruschetta, pastas, marinade for meats, on fish, on grilled sandwiches, drizzled over Chicken or just dunk a baguette in it!
