Prosciutto, Fig Chutney, & Balsamic Glaze Pizza

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pizza steel or stone into the oven and continue preheating for 1 hour.
  2. Stretch the pizza dough into a 13” base.
  3. Sprinkle the low moisture mozzarella over the dough.
  4. Drizzle the Zoë Garlic Olive Oil over the cheese.
  5. Transfer the pizza to the baking steel or stone and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Post bake, add the prosciutto, dollops of Zoë Fig Chutney, and a drizzle of Zoë Balsamic Glaze.
