Hot Honey & Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Zoe's Hot Honey (about 1 tsp per crostini)
  • 1 bottle of Zoe's Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil (about 1 tsp per crostini)
  • 1 baguette-styled bread loaf (sliced & toasted)
  • 1 pack of thinly sliced and lightly salted prosciutto (half a slice per crostini)
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 200g pack of creamy brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 small pack of arugula (a pinch on each slice for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut your baguette into slices
  2. Lightly dress them with salt, pepper & Tuscan olive oil
  3. Bake the slices of baguette at 350 for about 10min in the oven on a tray lined with parchment paper
  4. Once golden brown, set aside to cool completely
  5. Spread even slices of your brie cheese onto each crostini slice
  6. Layer a few slices of your apple to the brie
  7. Add half of a prosciutto slice to each crostini slice
  8. Add a small dab of your hot honey to the prosciutto
  9. Add your arugula for the final layer
  10. Top off with more hot honey
