- 15 ml (1 tbsp) GOURMET DU VILLAGE LEMON DILL DIP MIX - 750 g (1 ½ lbs) salmon filet, cut into 4 pieces - 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil - 2 minced green onions - 1 ml (1/2 tsp) grated lemon rind
1. Heat barbecue to medium-high. 2. Combine onions, LEMON DILL DIP MIX & lemon rind. 3. Brush grill with oil. 4. Brush skinless side of the fillets with oil, sprinkle with Lemon Dill mixture. 5. Place fillets, skin side down on heated grill. 6. Grill until salmon flakes easily, about 10 minutes.
