Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound (16-20 count) shrimp
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix shrimp, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, and olive oil. Stir until shrimp is evenly coated.
- Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Spread sesame seeds onto a large plate and dip each shrimp into the sesame seeds. Set aside.
- Preheat broiler to high. Place shrimp on a foil lined pan and broil shrimp 6 inches away from broiler, about 2 minutes, turn and broil on other side until shrimp are golden.
- Serve with Curried Mango Grille Sauce.
