Creamy Cocktail Sauce For Shrimp

Time: 20 mins

- 250ml (1 cup) Sour Cream
- 250ml (1 cup) Mayonnaise
- Contents of pouch of HORSERADISH & BACON DIP MIX
- 90ml (4 tbsp) fresh tarragon, finely chopped (or 2 tbsp dried tarragon)

1. Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Serve with pre-cooked, chilled shrimp and wedges of lemon.
