American Potato Salad

- 2.5 pounds potatoes, quartered and boiled
- /4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup sweet gherkins
- 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Green Relish
- 1/4 cup Lost Acres Stone Ground Mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender and drain.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a serving bowl, mix thoroughly.
3. Add drained potatoes and toss gently.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste."
