Important information about Lasting Impressions Gifts Orders 

Christmas Gift Exchange Policy:

Store credit or Exchange only.
Accepted until January 9, 2022
Must include all packaging intact
Gift Receipt required

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return or 14-day exchange/store credit from date of purchase on all regularly priced items subject to the following criteria:

·         All goods returned must be in new, unused, unopened condition with all seals intact.

Must include original receipt.

·         Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

·         Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange.

·         Lasting Impressions Gifts accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.

Items accompanied with Gift receipt are eligible for exchange/store credit only.

Exclusions to the above policy include:

Final sale or Clearance items

Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Custom items (special order rings, giftsets) these are final sale.


Outside of our 7 day return/14 day exchange policy products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty should one apply. Please check manufacturer’s website for more information on their warranties.

Keep your purchase receipt in order to take advantage of such warranties.  At LIG's discretion, LIG may handle product returns/exchanges with the manufacturer on a customer's behalf which may result in associated costs to be paid by the customer (including shipping, repairs, factory testing, warranty rejection etc.)  A (minimum) $25.00 administration fee may be charged for these types of manufacturer warranty claims.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
